We are committed to providing premium customer service to our customers and accept returns free of charge. If you receive products from lultimen25.ch that do not meet your expectations, please return the unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Items returned more than 30 days from purchase can’t be refunded.

Please follow the instructions below so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.
1. Send us an email to the following address: info@lultimen25.ch with subject: “Purchase Return” by also specifying reason of return
2. Pack your returns in the original packaging and attach a printed payment label to the outside of your parcel.

If you wish to return an item you received as gift, you may exchange it for credit to your L’Ultime N025 account. You may get in touch by email or phone number (same listed above) The amount will be automatically deducted from your next purchase at lultimen25.ch
